"The European Union in its neighbourhood" is the subject I took up at a conference held in Luxembourg (21-22 September 2007) by Institut Pierre Werner, the Italian Cultural Centre (Istituto Italiano di Cultura) and the Institut international Jacques Maritain in Rome.
"La Voix", the French-language daily in Luxembourg, carried a report on this conference in its edition dated 28 September 2007, page 2.
